Hi! I'm Meagan, and I'm running for North Attleboro School Committee.

A North Attleboro High School senior, Meagan is passionate about civic engagement and service. As a product of the North Attleboro Public School System, she has always been eager to give back to the community that has provided her with a valuable education. Whether that be serving on the School Committee as a Student Representative for two terms, bridging youth and senior citizens, or hosting fundraising drives to help people in need, Meagan’s love for service is undeniable. Through these opportunities, she has seen the ins and outs of the school system and has been dedicated to bringing the admirable examples of the NAPS to higher platforms and bringing back improvements in areas where NAPS can grow. 

On the state level, she has served the constituents of North Attleboro by interning for Rep. Adam Scanlon, participating in the State Student Advisory Council to the Board of Elementary and Secondary Education, and is the Director of Personnel of the Massachusetts Association of Student Representatives. Federally, she has brought the successes of the NAPS to the International Leadership Foundation, engaging in meaningful dialogue with political and business leaders from all over the nation, and influencing her peers to recognize the importance of civic engagement. 

Meagan’s knowledge of and love for serving her community reflect what the school system has given her and she hopes to continue giving back. We are asking for your support and vote on April 2nd.
